Project Alstom Power UK Location Rugby, Warwickshire Value £50k - £250k Type Consultant led office refurbishment Overview Refurbishment of disused archive store to become drawing office at UK headquarters of French owned group. Included alterations to existing wet heating system, electrical installations, new kitchenette, glazed and solid partitioning, joinery and finishes. The Project On this project, Iris were working with a long standing consultant and end user client. It was a simple fast track refurbishment on a high security site in Rugby. The project was completed to a high standard with no snags, leading on to another project elsewhere on the site. As with every Iris project, it is the detail which makes the difference. RLF, the project management company, was so impressed with the quality and design of Iris' choice of ironmongery that it has become the standardised specification across the entire site. |
