Project Your Vision Opticians Location Worcester, Worcestershire Value £50k - £250k Type Shop Fit Out Overview Iris worked with this new business over a year to give them expert help with acquiring a suitable unit, working out sensible budgets for the project, designing the shop itself to reflect their perceived values and finally fitting the unit out to allow them to open on their preferred date. The Project Iris were approached by two young businessmen who hoped to open a new opticians which would take on the chains head on in terms of value and choice, while giving clients the exclusivity and care only usually associated with an independent. After the original unit fell through, Iris supported YV while they tackled the process all over again, meeting with the client and relevant authorities to establish whether units were suitable for their needs. Once an appropriate unit was found, Iris carried out a detailed design process, working hand in hand with suppliers to come up with fully bespoke and unique fixtures which would fit within a budget which was deemed sound in the current economic climate. Also carried out as part of the scope was the outline branding for the business, and assistance with advertising carried out in the run up to opening. The fit out element was completed in four weeks in an awkward city centre location, with everything coming together in time for the new business' grand opening. |
