Live work spaces requiring careful programming. Included all design, construction, furnishing, mechanical & electrical works including high performance air conditioning. The Project Our client in this instance was a local manufacturing company with an eye for quality. The client was looking for a quality feel without appearing overtly expensive. This allowed Iris to be creative with finishes and design, including custom made Maple veneered doors, incorporating bespoke vision panels in the profile of the client's logo. Feature wall coverings and high quality fabrics, from faux suede on general operator chairs to high quality matching hide across executive seating were also used throughout to bolster the feeling of quality. While a major occurrence beyond both ESP and Iris's control caused some disruption during the contract, our flexible approach allowed us to work within the constraints to complete a high quality job with which staff were delighted. The relationship forged with members of the ESP team has since led to Iris sponsoring company chairman Carl Theakston on his trans-Atlantic charity rowing challenge. |
